How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders will be posted via Royal Mail.  Please allow 2-5 working days for your purchase to arrive.

Please Note: Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday to avoid chilled products being held in a postal depot over the weekend.

 

Can I request a preferred delivery date?

Yes! Drop us a message when you place your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your preferred date.  Occasionally delivery times can be effected by conditions beyond our control for which we will not be held responsible.

How is the Clotted Cream Delivered?

All of our Clotted Cream is posted chilled within an insulated box to ensure it arrives at your door ready to eat.  Please note any orders for Clotted Cream made after 12pm on a Thursday will not be posted until the following Monday to ensure that it is not held in a postal depot over the weekend.
